You do not have to limit your equipment to the ones mentioned however given there are thousands of different types of equipment now available.

The more choices you have, the better. You can either look online or visit a fitness store to purchase these fitness devices but always keep in mind that you should try them first before purchasing. Make sure that the quality is good and in cases where you are looking at types of equipment that have revolving or movable parts, make sure that the movement is smooth and the whole set up is sturdy and robust.
