Layered Strawberry Mango Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups strawberries (frozen)
  • 3 cups mangoes (frozen)
  • 3 cups ice (divided)
  • 1 cup tequila (divided)
  • ½ cup triple sec (divided)
  • 2/3 cup lime juice (divided)
  • ¼ cup simple syrup (divided)

Directions:

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Take a high-quality blender.
  • Now add strawberries, 1 ½ cups ice, ½ cup tequila, ¼ cup triple sec, 1/3 cup lime juice, and 2-tablespoons simple syrup.
  • Blend for a few minutes until it forms a puree.
  • Don’t turn off the blender until you get a smooth puree.
  • Now pour it into a bowl.
  • Rinse the blender.
  • Add mangoes, 1 ½ cups ice, ½ cup tequila, ¼ cup triple sec, 1/3 cup lime juice, and 2-tablespoons in the clean blender.
  • Blend this for a few minutes until it becomes smooth.
  • Take 6-glasses.
  • Pour the drink in the glasses, decoratively layered.
  • You can leave the layers the way they are or use the back of a spoon to swirl.
  • Serve cold.
  • You can make simple syrup at home by boiling sugar and water. Keep stirring occasionally. Let it cool for half an hour, and then store in the refrigerator for at least 1 ½ hours for future use.

Blended Strawberry Mango Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries (frozen)
  • 1-mango (cubed and frozen)
  • 2 cups ice
  • ½ cup tequila
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • Sugar and salt (for rimming)
  • Sliced strawberries and mangoes (for garnishing)

Directions:

  • Throw strawberries, mangoes, tequila, ice, and lime juice in the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Take a plate and pour salt and sugar into it.
  • Mix salt and sugar with a spoon or fork.
  • Now take a slice of lime and rub it on the rim of the glasses. You can also use water to wet the glass rim.
  • Dip all four glasses in the mixture so that salt and sugar stick to the rim.
  • Pour the drink into glasses.
  • Now dip the strawberry and mango slices in the sugar and salt mixture.
  • Garnish these fruits on the top of the drink.
  • Serve it cold.
  • If you are a sweet lover, you can add sweeteners to the drink.
  • Most people find the sweetness of fruits enough for the drink.
